The Education Committee is responsible for identifying, selecting and producing NVAA education.
The Golf Committee is responsible for the successful execution of the annual golf tournament. This includes venue selection, sponsorship, promotion and overal event details.
It is the responsibility of the NVAA Legislative Committee and our lobbyist Chip Dicks, Gentry Locke to oversee the execution and development of NVAA’s government matters. We do not only monitor all state and local legislation matters, but we ensure our members stay up-to-date on all laws and regulations that may affect their property operations.
The Marketing Committee is responsible for developing the graphics for promoting the NVAA brand and events that is used on the NVAA website, social media and news outlets.
The Membership Committee is responsible for membership acquisition and retention of new and renewing members. They make phone calls to prospective members and assist with identifying member benefits.
The Special Events and Community Outreach Commitee is responsible for the successful execution of the Holiday Gala along with recommending service projects with 501c3 nonprofit organizations.
NVAA’s Young Professionals Network features the best and brightest next-generation leaders in the multifamily real estate field. Through innovative networking, educational and volunteer opportunities, the group’s objective is to enrich the professional growth and career development of its members. As a result of these experiences, YPN will promote the success and health of the apartment industry in Northern Virginia.
