Tell us about your company and what you do:
With over 55 years in business servicing the Mid-Atlantic Region, Finley Asphalt and Concrete has worked hard to earn a reputation as a major commercial contractor of asphalt, concrete, and incidental services. From stone to sidewalks, paths to parking lots, we apply the same level of expertise to every service we provide. To ensure the best product and service possible, our skilled project managers coordinate the entire package, from start to finish. We have two offices in Virginia, our headquarters in Manassas and our regional office in Richmond.

Why are you an NVAA member?
We are part of NVAA because we believe in networking with people who have the same common interests

What do you get from your NVAA membership?
We get to meet new people, form stronger bonds with current customers, and learn about new reforms and what is happening directly in our backyard in apartment complexes in Northern Virginia.

What is a benefit you receive as a member of NVAA that you can’t receive anywhere else?
We are able to network with people who are directly associated with multifamily properties in Northern Virginia.

What is your favorite NVAA event?
We love the golf event! But I like to attend their other events too because I enjoy meeting new people and hearing what others are passionate about is always fascinating to me.

What do you like about your job?
At Finley, I work a lot with the sales team and customers. I enjoy helping others and being around all of the positive people here. When I visit a project site, I love seeing the amazing quality of work that the Finley crews complete.

What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I am not at Finley, I enjoy listening to music and being outdoors.  I can often be found outside playing and listening to music with my two children.
