NVAA Offers Members New Leasing Solutions in Partnership with ezLandlordForms

Alexandria, VA (February 23, 2022) – The Northern Virginia Apartment Association (NVAA) today announced a new partnership with ezLandlordForms, a company allowing landlords to make their own customized leases. This partnership provides yet another valuable tool for members to manage their properties more seamlessly.

“Creating a comprehensive lease with ezLandlord Forms gives our members peace of mind that they are in compliance with all state, federal and local laws,” said Patrick Algyer, NVAA executive director. “Having a strong lease is the first step in building a strong landlord-tenant relationship. While an extremely important step, creating a lease is can also be very time-consuming for landlords. Our partnership with ezLandlordForms will make our members’ lives easier by streamlining the whole process.”

NVAA members will be able to easily create a customized lease to include exactly the information they need. It will allow them access to over 40 pre-written rules and regulations that can be used in creating the lease as well as adding their own custom text. ezLandlordForms also provides any disclosures or documents and specific text a state requires as part of this package. As part of the partnership, NVAA members will receive a discount on the full service.
