Renewing Your Membership
Be ready to renew your membership, with invoices arriving at the beginning of October and a due date of 1/31/2024. NVAA will not be increasing membership dues for 2024. Here's the breakdown:
Full Members, Apartment Owner/Management Company Dues: Base Fee $425.00 + ($4.15 X NUMBER OF UNITS), minimum $625, maximum $6,050, with a $100 optional donation for advocacy efforts.
Associate, Vendor Company Dues: Base Fee $795 + $100 optional donation for advocacy efforts.

With over 100 vendors within the NVAA membership, we can assist in securing your 2024 Capital Improvement Project. Our team is eager to connect you with the right vendors, or you may utilize the NVAA RFP Request Form to begin immediately.
